A gentle flurry turns into a snowsquall blinding a city in an event called “Prey Dusting”. Any action that a person views as a shame, secret or sin attracts the Sin Stalker, a creature capable of ripping a human to pieces.
Vivianne Gurli is the only one to survive an attack from the Sin Stalker. When the snow cleared, she was covered in the creature’s blood. A mysterious man finds her, rehabilitates her and offers her a chance to hunt the creature with him. She’s bait but for her to draw the Sin Stalker’s blood, she must be something more.
